8.  West African Portland Cement Plc, Lagos, Ewekoro and Sagamu.
The valuation of all fixed assets of the organisation, which is, involved in the production of cement from local deposits through various production processes.  The assets covered include processing plants, equipment and machines, land, buildings, civil works, vehicles and furniture and fittings.

9.  Nigerdock Nig. Plc, Snake Island, Lagos.
The valuation of all assets of this parastatal owned by the Federal Government of Nigeria responsible for the construction and repair of various sea vessels.  The assets covered include land and buildings, plants, machinery and stock kept in the general and combustible stores.  Total asset value is in the region of N5,000,000,000.00 (five billion naira).
