Our firm has as its Managing Partner, Mr. Abdulmalik O. Egbunike. He has a Diploma in Civil Engineering, B.Sc. (Estate Management), M.Sc. (Construction/Project Management). He is a fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (FNIVS), Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM), and also the famous International Facility Management Association (IFMA) based in Houston, Texas, U.S.A. He attended the 1997 European International Facility Management Association conference in Torino, Italy; the Workplace ’97 in Dallas and First International Conference on Valuation of Plant & Machinery at NDDB Campus, An and, India in February 1998. He is also a member of International Real Estate Federation and has over twenty two (22) years experience.
