The firm was incorporated in 1985 and is duly recognized by the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV); Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVRBN) and International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Houston, U.S.A. The firm is a member of International Facility Management Association (IFMA); member – Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA); MEMBER – Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines & Agriculture (NACCIMA); member – Nigeria-Israeli Chamber of Commerce (NICC); member – The Lagos Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI) and registered to practice real estate management in Nigeria by Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (established by decree No. 24 of 1975).
