Obuaku city development - a garden city concept set in 221 Hectares of prime land, Obuaku city development project seeks to relocate commercial and residential needs from the already crowded urban centres, thereby, creating a good physical and symbiotic economic environment for various activities at the right price.

LOCATION: It is situated just 12 km from the central Port Harcourt and 40 minutes drive from Aba and is therefore ideal to serve the housing requirements for both of these urban centres. Set in 221 Hectares of prime land, Obuaku city development project seeks to relocate commercial and residential needs from the already crowded urban centres, thereby, creating a good physical and symbiotic economic environment for various activities at the right price.

The design of the city development is ideal and well planned. Provision has been made for all uses that make a designed area functional.

The entire planned layout provides for 1177 plots: 985 residential, 192 commercial.
The residential plot has been zoned into three to cater for all requirements. These are;

a. High Density plots: Total no. 424 with an average area
of 856 square metres.

b. Medium Density plots: Total no. 262 with an average
area of 1244 square metres.

c. Low Density plots: Total no. 299 with an average area
of 1440 square metres.

The commercial plot provides for 192 plots with an average area of 1483 square metres zoned as Commercial Park adjacent to and with direct access to the express way providing easy access to all customers.

Provision has also being made for both primary and secondary schools with a large recreational park in which to play and pursue sporting and social activities.
